Store Locator Plus® has updated the location search reports as part of the 2208.15 release. The new reports interface is the first release of the forthcoming React-centric interface design being implemented in both the WordPress plugin and SaaS platform offerings.
The Store Locator Plus® 2208.15 release is now out on the MySLP SaaS platform. Fixes and features include:
- The new search reports for Professional and higher level users.
- Add and Edit Location form fixes, patches several issues introduced in recent releases including:
- Incorrect scrolling of the form for Safari users
- Missing field labels when Contact Information was enabled (Professional or Enterprise level)
- Manage location shortcuts like the edit and delete locations have been fixed
- Inline documentation links on settings pages have been improved
- For WordPress plugin users, the SLP Basic Map Block is back
- Various REST endpoint fixes
The new reports interface is a preview of the upcoming changes that are slowly being incorporated throughout the Store Locator Plus® product. We started with reports as part of the development cycle to address CSV export bugs. This allows for testing of the React interfaces across multiple customer accounts and gather feedback from users before making drastic changes across the entire application. This approach also allows for small incremental UX changes that are release every few weeks versus on big change that would takes months to deploy.
More user experience upgrades are on the R&D schedule for the next few months.

Report Interface Update
SaaS users on the Professional or Enterprise plan will get this new update automatically.
For WordPress users, you’ll need to own the Store Locator Plus® for WordPress : Power to get these features.
Location Search Report Update
The reports interface has been updated to our latest user experience. This includes the location searches report and the location results report. Both have been upgraded to the Material UI data grid which adds several new features.
Sorting columns – click on the column header to sort. Click again to sort the opposite way.
Hiding columns – you can hide columns by clicking “columns” in the top bar of the table. Hidden columns will NOT be exported to the CSV file.
Filtering data – you can filter the data that is returned by clicking “Filters” in the top bar of the table. Only records matching the filter are exported to CSV files. When a filter is active a badge showing the number of filters that are active is displayed.
Table density allows you to set the visual display to show the records with less whitespace between them in compact mode or more space between them in comfortable mode.
Updated export feature honors the columns and filters settings. A new “print” option is also available.
Location Results Report Update
The location results report has had a similar interface upgrade. The new data table adds the location ID column and street address to the report output.
A new search counts-by-day graph is also included.
The location results from those searches has also been updated with a similar UX update. This report shows the locations were returned as a result of user searches.
Updated Location Search Report For WordPress Users
Please ensure your WordPress installation is not blocking requests to the REST API endpoints, URLs starting with wp-json. You’ll also need to make sure your Permalinks are enabled and NOT set to “Plain”, any other setting will help.
